For the installation template Blogger there are 2 ways:
A. Backup Theme/Template
Login to blogger >>
Template >> Choose
Backup/restore >>
Download Full Template
Choose template in your folder computer/laptop by click Browse then click Upload
B. By Edit HTML
Step 1. Reset Theme/Template
When you are ready to install a theme, you must first reset the theme file
Choose Template >> Edit HTML
Then select all text and copy or Ctrl+A in window, Copy and paste one of the code below into your blogger, SAVE. Then View Blog

Step 2. How To Install Blogger Template
Open The XML File with a text editor (Notepad or something like that)
Select all text and copy or Ctrl+A in window
Paste one of the code below into your blogger.
SAVE
